Vehicular access to the site will be from Church Lane via a new junction with the development. An existing public right of way (O42) runs through the south of the site and this will be retained but diverted along a new route through public open space.

Off-street parking will be provided for the new homes in line with local parking standards, as well as the provision of visitors parking.

A Transport Assessment is being prepared and will be submitted as part of the planning application. This will be published with the application documents and will provide a comprehensive study evaluating any potential traffic and transport impacts resulting from development.

The site is sustainably located a short walk from local services such as recreation facilities, the primary school, church, convenience store and post office.
