The site adjoins the Ravenstone Conservation Area and the proposals have been designed to preserve the character and appearance of the conservation area, with development set back from the Church Lane frontage.
In terms of archaeology, a programme of trial trenching is anticipated and this will be agreed with the council’s archaeology team during the course of the planning application.
